Re-ship/Return and Refund Policy and Product Information
Please note the date requested for you order to deliver is an estimated delivery date. We will do our best to have your order arrive on the date requested, but cannot guarantee and will not issue a refund or re-ship if it does not arrive on the date requested. Delays due to inclement weather, holidays or shipping carrier delays are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund or re-ship.
If an order is delayed in shipment due to weather-related issues or returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address or failed delivery attempts, we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund. We will re-ship at the customer’s expense. Please enter the recipient address carefully and make arrangements for the order to be accepted accordingly.
Due to our products being perishable, we cannot accept returns.
Our product will remain fresh for seven-ten days thawed and can be kept frozen for up to twelve months.
